These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Gamting Trade ("the Platform"), a peer-to-peer sports betting exchange operated by Gamting. By registering or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. General Rules

1.1 Account Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and place bets. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 One Account Per Person. Each user is permitted a single account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited without notice.

1.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful and accurate personal information at registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where false information is detected.

1.4 KYC Verification. Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. We may request documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension.

1.5 Responsible Gambling. We are committed to responsible gambling. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods are available on request. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please contact our support team immediately.

1.6 Minimum Age Checks. We employ strict age-verification procedures. Underage gambling is illegal. Any winnings accumulated by an underage user will be forfeited and the deposit returned.

1.7 Bet Finality. All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation or amendment is permitted after a bet has been placed.

1.8 Collusion & Fraud. Any attempt to defraud the Platform, manipulate markets, or collude with other users will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. We reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

1.9 Restricted Countries. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws.

1.10 Currency. All bets and balances are denominated in the currency displayed in your account. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are set by the Platform.

1.11 Void Bets. We reserve the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. In such cases the stake is returned in full.

1.11a Data Feed & Third-Party Provider Errors. The Platform sources live odds, market data, and scores from third-party data feed providers. In the event that any odds, prices, market statuses, or results are displayed incorrectly due to a feed error, data transmission fault, provider outage, or any inaccuracy originating from a third-party supplier, the Platform reserves the right to void any affected bets in full, regardless of whether the bet was accepted and confirmed. In all such cases the original stake (deduction) is returned in full to the user's account. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect data supplied by third-party providers, and users accept that bets placed on erroneous data carry this risk. This right applies both before and after settlement.

1.12 Force Majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failure, internet outages, or acts of government.

2. Cricket

2.1 Match Completion. For match winner markets, a result is official once it is declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, ECB, BCCI, etc.). Rain rules and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted.

2.2 Minimum Overs. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under the relevant rules is bowled, all match winner bets are void and stakes are returned, unless a result has already been determined.

2.3 Super Overs. If a match ends in a tie and is decided by a Super Over, the Super Over result determines the match winner for betting purposes.

2.4 Fancy Markets. Fancy markets (e.g. total runs, fall of wicket, batsman runs) are settled as soon as the relevant event is completed within the match. If the relevant event does not occur (e.g. a batsman is not dismissed), the market is settled accordingly.

2.5 Live Markets. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at our discretion. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided. We are not liable for bets placed on incorrect or delayed data.

2.6 Abandoned & Postponed Matches. If a match is abandoned without a result, all bets are void. If a match is postponed, bets placed before the new scheduled start date remain valid unless the match is rescheduled to a date more than 72 hours from the original start, in which case bets are void.

3. Soccer (Football)

3.1 90-Minute Result. All soccer markets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of play plus any injury time added by the referee. Extra time, golden goal, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded unless explicitly stated.

3.2 Match Abandonment. If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes have been played and no result can be determined, all bets are void. If a result is already determined at the time of abandonment, that result stands.

3.3 Postponed Matches. If a match is postponed and played within 72 hours of the original kick-off time, bets remain valid. Otherwise bets are void.

3.4 Venue Changes. If the home team is forced to play at a neutral venue or the venue changes, bets placed before the change was announced remain valid.

3.5 Correct Score / Asian Handicap. These markets are settled on the 90-minute result only. In the event of abandonment before the completion of 90 minutes, all such bets are void.

4. Tennis

4.1 Retirement & Walkover. If a player retires during a match, all bets on that match are void and stakes are returned, unless the market's outcome has already been determined. If a player withdraws before a match begins (walkover), all bets are void.

4.2 Match Winner. Bets are settled on the official winner of the match as declared by the tournament referee. If a match is suspended and resumed within 12 hours, bets remain valid.

4.3 Set Betting. Set-betting markets are settled on the correct score in sets at the end of the match. Retirements result in voids unless the result is already determined.

4.4 Postponed Matches. Matches postponed due to weather or other causes but completed within the same tournament on any day remain valid for betting purposes.

5. Greyhound Racing

5.1 Official Result. Markets are settled on the official result declared by the track or official governing body, including any subsequent amendments made within 30 minutes of the race.

5.2 Non-Runner. If a greyhound is declared a non-runner before the race, bets on that selection are void and the stake is returned. Bets on other runners are unaffected.

5.3 Abandoned Race. If a race is abandoned, all bets are void.

5.4 Dead Heat. In the event of a dead heat for a win, payouts are calculated based on the number of dogs sharing the position using standard dead-heat reduction rules.

6. Horse Racing

6.1 Official Result. Markets are settled on the result declared by the official stewards or governing body. In the event of a stewards' enquiry, markets remain open until a final result is declared.

6.2 Non-Runner Rule 4. If a horse is declared a non-runner after the market has been offered, Rule 4 deductions may apply to winning bets in accordance with Tattersalls Rules.

6.3 Void Race. If a race is declared void, all bets are returned.

6.4 Each Way Bets. Where each-way betting is offered, the place terms (number of places, fraction of win odds) are displayed at the time of bet placement and form part of the contract.

6.5 Dead Heat. Dead-heat reduction rules apply in accordance with standard industry practice.

7. Payments & Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been successfully verified in your name. We do not send funds to third parties.

7.2 We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

7.3 Bonuses and promotional credits may be subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamting's liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamting is registered. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
